Our Story

Riverside RV Resort is a family owned and operated business.

Don and Carloyn Derricott and their family came to Brookings and bought Riverside RV Resort in 1995. They worked tirelessly to build a beautiful facility and create a warm, friendly RV community. They dedicated their hearts and souls into making their dream become a reality.

Their daughter Debbie Newsome is continuing their dream. She lives on site and continues to manage the resort.
